You should all be very proud of what you have accomplished! I am very proud and from what I hear so is everyone :>) Thank you for these results, and for sending in the delegate information we needed to verify where we stand. I know some of you had very frustrating experiences and oppostion but we are now in an excellent and exciting position. Thank you for braving your first caucus so splendidly…you won’t be alone at the conventions!! I hope you all saw Dr. Paul’s current video of his plans to be there!

It is happening all across America that when we reach a critical juncture, instead of defeat we really end up with a whole new Ron Paul level of solid foundation to build on! The point of the caucus states is not to win but to get delegates. And right now it looks as though with only 32 counties reporting if we have only half of the uncommitteds then we have the most delegates! (But don’t tell anyone :>).

So…here is what’s up:

The first critical thing I need is an email from those who stated UNCOMMITTED…Please as soon as you can go to www.ronpaulwa.com/delegate and fill out the form.

We need every Ron Paul delegates and alternates contact info right away on this form so we can begin convention training. This is different and in addition to whatever info you sent us already and if you know someone else’s information enter this as well.

We are working on 5 major projects right now of which you are all a part:

1. The Primary Campaign-

Sign wave, coalition build, canvas, convert, talk to friends.

2. Get Out the Vote-

Autodial emails and voicemails, and call center calls.

3. Media communications- kyle@ronpaul2008.com

We need all your events, ideas for stories, letters to the editor, blogging.

4. Early King County Legislative District meetings preparation and training of delegates.

The King County Team is organizing and preparing training.

5. County Convention preparation and training of delegates.

We are consulting with the experts. Teams are starting to gather in every single county.

I want to thank all of you for your kind words and for your glorious support over these past months. It has meant more than you can imagine. And I hope to get to see all of you at a delegate training!

Q: Why is the Secretary of State saying that many of the ballots they’ve received are “invalid?”
A: A lot of the ballots were invalid because they were not properly marked. You must check the “Republican” box on the outer envelope. Pay attention when filling out your ballot, and read the yellow highlighted instructions.

Q: Can I vote for Ron Paul, and attend the caucus, even though I’m not a “member” of the Republican Party.
A: YES. Any registered voter can sign the oath, vote on the ballot, and attend the caucus on Saturday - no matter what your party affiliation is.

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
Q: I heard on the news that we don’t have many delegates. Is that true?
A: We have a healthy amount of delegates. Ron Paul has taken 2nd place in five states. Even in states where another candidate won, like West Virginia, we’ve been able to negotiate with other campaigns to get some of those delegates. This doesn’t get reported on the news. In the primary, the goal is not to “win” states - it is to elect delegates! That’s what we’re doing, and there are still 25 primaries to go. Super Tuesday was only the beginning. We have to run the entire distance to win.

WASHINGTON STATE
Q: The primary election is February 19. What should I be doing to help us win?
A: It’s time to rally our fellow Ron Paul supporters, and remind them to vote.
1. Come to the call center, and help make “Get Out The Vote” calls to other Ron Paul supporters! Call 206-518-3939, and tell us that you’re coming. The call center is in the University District of Seattle, right off I-5.
2. Re-call your friends and family (go through your phone’s contact list) - Find out which of them support Ron Paul, and remind them to vote. Re-email your entire address book - Ask them to respond if they support Ron Paul. Re-visit the supporters you’ve identified in your neighborhood. Make sure every Ron Paul supporter sends in their ballot or, in King/Pierce, goes to the polls.
